Lunacy provides free warranty for all products in the following cases:
- Free warranty within 07 days from date of purchase
- The product has technical problems such as broken threads, broken buttons, ruffled feathers, discolored...
- The product is defective due to transportation
- Return and exchange for new products completely free of charge
2. Cases not covered by warranty
- The product stains when washed with other products.
- Using chemicals on products.
- Use a brush to scrub vigorously on the product.
- The product is damaged due to external impact or is torn by sharp objects.
- Iron and tumble dry at high temperature. The product shows signs of having been repaired elsewhere.
1. LUNACY's rights and responsibilities

RETURN POLICY
- Exchanging goods at your door, the shipper will come to your home to exchange goods (applicable to 01 exchange/ 01 order).
- Exchanges apply to all products (including products in the sale program) within the exchange period3 daysfrom the date the customer receives the parcel.
- In case the product is out of size, Lunacy will support exchange for another product of equivalent value. In case the customer does not agree to exchange for another product, Lunacy will refund the order value.
- Non-refundablechange in case the product selected for exchange is of lower value than the exchanged product.
- Applies to the condition that the product must have intact labels and be in unused condition.
- In case you accidentally cut off the tag but still want to exchange the product, notify the shop within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please send the product back to the shop first and make sure the product has not been washed or used.
